Our world is blessed with intelligent Scholars that have done good and quality research but published them in technologies that makes it impossible for other scholars beyond thier immediate environment to access.
Other scholars now have to think and work afresh on concepts and issues that other people had breakthrough in, rather than building upon it.
Our Vision: Is to discover endangered publications, digitize/transcribe where necessary and make them available and accessible to other scholars.
Our Mission: Is to carve a niche on the internet for scholars with limited or no computer literacy. For scholars who only have their publications in hard copy, we digitize the respective pages, optimize for legibility and convert to PDF before uploading to our cloud storage where it will be hosted to serve generations.

The purpose of the first repository is for archiving while the purpose of the Annex repository is for visibility and discoverability which implies that all articles in the Annex repository must be assigned a Digital Object Identifier on request by the authors.
